Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation of payment.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping address and courier service availability. Generally, orders are delivered within 5–10 working days across India.

• Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

• We take utmost care in packing our books to ensure safe delivery. However, delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Return and Replacement Policy

• Books once sold cannot be returned.

• Replacement will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong book delivered

  • Damaged or defective book received

• Customers must inform us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with unboxing images/video and proof of purchase.

• Upon verification, replacement will be processed, and shipping charges for the replacement will be borne by us.

• If the ordered book is out of stock, a refund or suitable alternative will be offered.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided only in cases where replacement is not possible.

• Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
